Happy New Year from The Vintage Rebellion Podcast.
We start 2016 with an almighty bang as we have long term British collector and Helix fanatic Craig Spivey joined the Rebellion for this months interview, Craig discusses The Force Awakens British Premier and After Show Party that he was lucky enough to attend, along with digging into his collection as we discuss a bit of everything including his part of the Millennium Falcon that he owns.
Thomas Garvey joins Richard on Rebel Briefings to discuss a recent article which he published on the SWCA and Stuart speaks with Matt Fox on his collection being displayed in the 'May the Toys be With You' exhibition.
Pete looks at two huge recent auctions during the market section as he delves into the Nigo auction held at Sothebys as well as the recent Vectis auction.
Jez brings us his Newest Acquisitions where he looks at items from the forums and facebook. All this plus Force Awakens discussion, Rapid Fire and general jabbering's sees the Vintage Rebellion doing what it does best. ENJOY!!!

This months Vintage Rebellion Podcast has a standout interview with collecting illuminati Chris Fawcett, Chris makes a special announcement regarding a project he is working on for Insider Magazine as well as chatting to the Rebellion about a few of his astounding collecting stories. In this months Rebel Briefing we look at a whole manner of news including London Film and Comic Con moving to Brighton for this winters show and Daniel Burgess joins the crew to review Force Friday. Pete brings us another look at the current market where he discusses some beautiful Star Wars items in the Prop Store Auction. The Vintage Rebellion returns as Rich discusses the Facebook group boom with regular Facebook contributors Matt George, Bill Harvat and Ross Barr. The positives of Facebook are discussed as well as advantages over using the more traditional forums. Craig Stevens drops by in this months oddballs to discuss oddball items from the Star Wars era in the UK between 1976 and 1979. Pete also welcomes a guest in this Market section as Jared Cope joins him to chat about his Star Wars Tracker. Jez takes a look at the acquisitions being acquired across the forums and Facebook and takes a more extensive look at the Vintage Millennium Falcon ship as well as the toy Blasters that have been picked up by Dr Ball and Twisted Metal. The Rebellion return with their fifteenth outing. Lee Pizzey joins Stuart and Grant to chat about his collection and early memories including Jason Joiner events from back in the 90s. Lee's good friend Marc Walsh also joins Grant for this months Oddball Section as he discusses his complete Revenge proof run which he will be selling off at the imminent Farthest From. Talking of Farthest From, Dave Tree joins Grant in this months events section to tell us about a couple of special guests he has attending the event as well as a fantastic VIP ticket opportunity. Star Wars in the News sees Ross Barr join Richard as they discuss the recent crazy hauls that seem to be being unearthed on Facebook, Richard also looks at the recent Double Telescopic Lightsabre sale off Facebook and some other cracking news pieces. Jez hosts his largest LA segment so far as he looks at new acquisitions from across the entire collecting spectrum, from Star Wars Forum UK through to the Facebook groups and going via other forums. Of course Pete brings us his market watch as he once again looks at what has been selling and checks out the recent auctions. Joining the team for an interview this month is Star Wars Forum founder and trilogo enthusiast Edd Grant. We also here from Shane Turgeon during this months news as we discuss his forthcoming book 'Force in the Flesh : Book 2.
In this months oddballs Grant catches up with Star Wars Insider Magazines Jonathan Wilkins, whilst he also discusses the recent Watford FilmFair convention with Podcast family member Daniel Burgess.

The show is slightly different to the normal format as we bring you live recordings from Celebration Anaheim as we share our live show with the listeners. We have interviews galore from the podcast members who attended Celebration as they speak with John Morton, Iain Sanderson as well as the delightful people from Order 66.
We do still have a couple of the usual segments as Jez brings us the Latest Acquisitions, Richard takes us through Star Wars in the News and Pete reflects on the Vectis auction that he discussed on the previous podcast.
